Home for Artists is currently seeking qualified part-time applicants for programming and graphic design. Applicants may be considered for full-time employment as the need arises.
Home for Artists is a worker-owned company, meaning that rather than having a hierarchical staff with owners at the top and people turning nuts and bolts all day at the bottom, we instead aspire toward a fully collaborate creative team in which every person involved is a partner in the organization, and has some stake in the organization's success. We believe this is how companies should be run, and we believe there will be a movement toward this type of structure in the future as the old hierarchical systems fail.
